We are pleased to announce that this year’s festival will feature two very special guided hikes by reservation only. The goal of both hikes is to see wild lemon lilies in bloom– a phenomenon which is well worth the effort! Though of course we can’t predict exactly when these precious lilies will be in bloom, rest assured that both of these special hikes will take participants to locales where Lemon Lilies have historically bloomed during the second week of July. Please follow the instructions below to register for either hike.
Saturday, July 9th 12PM: Guided Hike to see blooming wild lemon lilies @ the James Reserve. A van will depart from the Idyllwild Nature Center at 12:00PM promptly on Saturday, July 9th. The hike will be easy, lasting roughly 2.5 hours, including an introduction from James Reserve Employees. The van will return to the Nature Center by 3:00PM, including travel time. Limited to 15 individuals.
